1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and authentication credentials.
• Workspace & team data: workspace names, member roles, and invitations.
• Connected social accounts: OAuth tokens and profile identifiers for platforms you connect (such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and X).
• Content & reviews: posts, media, review replies, AI settings, and related activity needed to operate Review Autopilot and publishing features.
• Billing data: subscription status and payment references processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including AI-assisted review replies and scheduled publishing).
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and customer support requests.
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, and important service notices).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing of information

We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and AI providers), and with social platforms you explicitly connect. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of CollegeDwar, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit access to the Service.

5. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion as described in our Data Deletion page.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.

7. Your choices

You may update profile information in your account settings, disconnect social accounts, or request access/correction/deletion of your data by contacting us. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, we will honor applicable requests as required by law.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
