Terms and Conditions

1. The Service

SocialSwayam provides tools for social publishing, scheduling, team collaboration, and Google Review Autopilot (including AI-assisted reply drafts and automation rules). Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces you administer.
• Workspace owners/admins control member access and connected social accounts.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect third-party platforms (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or X), you authorize us to access and use those accounts as needed to provide the Service, subject to each platform’s terms and your permissions. You are solely responsible for content you publish and for complying with platform policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Abuse rate limits, automation features, or AI tools in ways that violate platform or legal rules.
• Upload malware or content you do not have rights to use.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay (or another designated payment processor). Fees, taxes (including applicable GST), and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your billing settings. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our billing policy and applicable law.

6. AI-generated content

Review replies and other AI outputs are suggestions generated from your settings and available data. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing content. We do not guarantee that AI output is error-free, brand-perfect, or compliant with every third-party policy.

7. Intellectual property

CollegeDwar and its licensors own the Service, branding, and software. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that third-party platform integrations will always remain available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollegeDwar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
